The 20th Annual North Carolina Whirligig Festival
The North Carolina Whirligig Festival is held each year over the first full weekend of November at Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park in Wilson, NC. The festival was first held in 2004 to encourage community spirit and unity. It is a family-friendly event featuring many attractions including delicious food, inflatables for kids, live music, vibrant art displays, and lots of fun. In 2024, the two-day North Carolina Whirligig Festival will take place on Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3.
