The 80th Annual Raleigh Christmas Parade
The Raleigh Christmas Parade has been a beloved community tradition since it began in 1939. It is one of the largest Christmas parades in the country and provides endless entertainment in downtown Raleigh for one Saturday morning each year. The Christmas Parade is a family-friendly event featuring many attractions, including marching bands, dancers, superheroes, giant balloons, Santa Claus, floats, and lots of fun. In 2024, the Raleigh Christmas Parade will take place on Saturday, November 23.

Parade Route
The parade begins at 9:30 am on the intersection of Hillsborough & St Mary Streets and ends on Lenoir Street after covering a distance of approximately 1.4 miles.
