About the Pancake Festival
The Pancake Festival is held annually at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center in Lubbock, Texas. It is one of the largest pancake festivals in the world. In 2009, the Lubbock Pancake Festival broke the Guinness world record of just more than 34,000 pancakes cooked in eight hours, by cooking and serving more than 66,000 pancakes in 8 hours.
The Pancake Festival features fabulous entertainment, food booths, activities for the entire family, lots of pancakes, and more. In 2025, the Lubbock Pancake Festival will take place on Saturday, February 15.
