About the Maryland Chicken Wing Festival
The Maryland Chicken Wing Festival is held each year at Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds in Crownsville, MD. The festival celebrates one of America’s most popular comfort foods: chicken wings.
The Chicken Wing Festival draws food lovers from near and far to indulge in a wide variety of wings, from traditional Buffalo to creative flavor combinations. In addition to delicious wings, the festival also features live music, chicken wing eating contests, other competitions, commercial vendors, kids’ activities, and lots of fun. In 2025, the Maryland Chicken Wing Festival will take place on Saturday, April 5.
