About the Clermont County Fair
The Clermont County Fair is a cherished annual tradition held at the fairgrounds along Locust Street in Owensville, Ohio. With roots stretching all the way back to 1846, when an exhibition was first organized in Monroe Township, this fair has a rich history. The Clermont County Agricultural Society was formed in June 1849, and by September 1849, the first official fair took place. After moving to Owensville in 1864, the fair has continued to be a beloved event for over 150 years.
The Clermont County Fair is a fantastic, family-friendly celebration that truly has something for everyone. You can enjoy everything from livestock and poultry exhibits to field crops, arts and crafts, exciting rodeo performances, truck and tractor pulls, kids’ pedal pulls, tasty food, amusement rides, games, and more.
In 2025, the seven-day Clermont County Fair will kick off on Sunday, July 20, and wrap up on Saturday, July 26 — you won’t want to miss it!
