The 47th Annual Grand Rapids Applebutter Fest
The Applebutter Fest is held each year on the Second Sunday of October in Downtown Grand Rapids, Ohio. Since 1977, it has been a beloved community tradition, offering an array of family-friendly activities. The festival features food booths, craft vendors, a classic cars display, historical re-enactments, apple butter stirring, live music, kids’ activities, demonstrations, plenty of delicious apple butter, and lots of fun. In 2024, the Grand Rapids Apple Butter Fest will take place on Sunday, October 13th.

Please note that if you enter Grand Rapids on the festival day, you’ll be directed to Applebutter Fest parking lots as the village will be closed to vehicular traffic from 7 am to 5 pm. Shuttle bus service and handicapped-accessible vans will be available from the parking lots into the village.
