The Victorian Christmas is a popular Holiday tradition, celebrated each December in Downtown Nevada City, California. The festival transforms the streets of Nevada City into a magical Victorian setting with authentic gas lamps, wandering carolers dressed in Victorian attire, and visitors sharing holiday cheer.
It is a family-friendly event that features holiday activities and attractions for all ages including live entertainment, street food, chocolates, carriage rides, commercial vendors, and Father Christmas. In 2024, Nevada City Victorian Christmas festivities will take place on two Wednesday evenings and three Sunday afternoons i.e. December 8, 11, 15, 18, 22.
