About the Event
The Riverside County Fair and Date Festival is held each February at Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio, California. The festival that originated as a celebration of the annual date harvest has grown to become one of California’s most popular events welcoming over 250,000 guests each year.
It is a family-friendly event featuring many attractions, including food booths, amusement rides, exhibits, music, date recipe contests, date treats, and lots of fun. In 2025, the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival will be open from Thursdays to Sundays and Presidents’ Day from Thursday, February 13 to Sunday, March 2.
