The Cherry Festival is held annually at Estudillo Avenue in Downtown San Leandro, California. First held in 1909, it is a long-standing San Leandro tradition featuring many attractions for attendees – including food booths, artisan vendors, a parade, live entertainment, cherry pie baking contests, cherry pie eating contests, cherry treats, and lots of farm-fresh cherries In 2024, the San Leandro Cherry Festival will be held on Saturday, June 7th.
