The 34th Annual Taylorsville Apple Festival
The Apple Festival is held annually on the third Saturday of October in Downtown Taylorsville, North Carolina. First held in 1988, it is a popular community tradition that celebrates Alexander County apples. This family-friendly festival features many attractions including craft vendors, food booths, rides, live music, apple peeling contests, apple dessert contests, and lots of farm-fresh apples. In 2024, the Taylorsville Apple Festival will take place on Saturday, October 19.
