The 50th Annual Portland Windfest
The Windfest is held annually at the Portland Community Center, located along Billy G Webb Drive in Portland, Texas. It is a family-friendly and fun-filled festival featuring many attractions, including carnival rides, fair food, BBQ cook-offs, shopping, entertainment, and lots of fun. In 2025, the four-day Portland Windfest will begin on Thursday, March 27 and conclude on Sunday, March 30.
